Inspired by the flavours and spices of Morocco, these roasted almonds have been coated in warming chilli, cumin, garlic and contrasting cooling mint to produce a unique spicy sweet treat. Try crushing a few and adding to a rhubarb crumble topping or take a look at my Moroccan Spiced Lamb recipe.
