We launched my interesting nut recipes in 2010 with the ethos of only using 100% natural ingredients. These fanatastic ingredients include locally foraged wild garlic, local honey and Devon chillies. My snacks truly are a taste sensation and all of the nuts are crafted using my unique hot air roasting process, rather than the usual and much less healthy method of deep fat frying. We guarantee a fresh taste fresh and unique flavours - everyone falls in love with them the first time they try them, particularly my Moroccan Spiced Almonds made with my own recipe of mint and that wonderful chilli kick.
Each of my snack recipes are inspired by my travels or by recipe books left to me by my Uncle Archibald. He was a great traveller and enthusiastic natural historian. He was always overseas but at Christmas he'd send me seeds or plants to grow, or the most unusual foods to try.
