I love fine foods and every time I discover an artisan food producer who is ticking all the boxes for flavour, creativity and quality, or a website that gives me useful or fascinating information about the ingredients I use, I ask them for their contact details so that I can add them to my list of favourite producers. The list, of course, continues to grow... there are so many wonderful companies and organisations out there so I'll do my best to keep it updated on a regular basis!
