Drizzles
I cannot think of a better way to dress a bowl of freshly picked salad leaves or as a dip for newly baked bread, than with one of my delectable drizzles, made with local ingredients. Crafted to perfection using my extra virgin rapeseed oil and locally produced vinegars as the base, I then swirl in handfuls of fresh herbs, mustards, honey, spices and puréed fruit to produce the most deliciously fresh, surprisingly tangy and zingy dressings imaginable.
Dorset Drizzles
Each Drizzle comes in a handy 250ml bottle, with the original rapeseed oil in a 500ml bottle. They are also available in larger catering sizes. Please give us a call for more information.
My bee keeper pal, George Friendly, supplies me with the local honey, right here on my doorstep in Dellcombe Bottom. I also get chillies from a friend who grows them on the South coast and I personally forage for wild garlic once a year in the woodlands here.
