Competition Terms & Conditions

Open to UK, residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Filbert’s Fine Food Limited and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

Competitions are open to existing customers and non-customers. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted, unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same address will be invalidated.

The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition. This will always be a time and date in the UK. Where a time is not stated, the closing time will be 11.59pm (UK time) on the stated day. All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the individual competition rules. All eligible entries received by the closing date have an equal chance of winning. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or corrupt entries, or those not in accordance with entry instructions, will not be accepted.

No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

The judging panel will comprise directors from Filbert’s Fine Foods Limited and an independent judge. The Judging panel will select the winning entry that is, in their opinion, most fitting to the subject. The Judging panel and Filberts Fine Foods Limited decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be formally notified (by email, post or telephone) within 10 working days of the closing date. Prizes must be claimed within 10 working days of notification. In the event that the winner makes no contact within those 10 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and rearward it to a reserve winner.

The names and counties of the winners will be available on www.mrfilberts.com within 10 days of the competition closing
Filberts Fine Foods Limited will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.

Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.

By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
